Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in its original box.

Earrings and intimate items are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return:

Email us at support@madboutiqueusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
